Chardonnay Perks Away

Tonight, I found the Chardonnay at 1.028 which is just perfect for racking. I took the following video to try and demonstrate how the CO2 in the wine is escaping in an effervescent sort of way.

I racked the wine into a carboy and fitted the airlock for about 10 days of secondary fermentation.
